Save your money -- go Samsung
0 of 5 found this helpful This is a nice looking unit. However, there is not near enough copper tube for this size unit and there was absolutely no electrical wiring for it at all. Save your money and go SAMSUNG. They are made in the US and you can get parts for Samsung. This unit has been a nightmare. HVOC guys have been out three days now just trying to get it in and still had to supply all the copper and all the electrical wiring for it. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The unit still is not ready to start up as I type this so I cannot tell you how efficient or how loud it is. ------ Had it not taken Sooooo LONG TO GET MY HOUSE BUILT TO THE POINT OF INSTALLING THESE UNITS, THESE WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. do not order your own
