    Item was very old stock in which the nylon auger snapped immediately when loading toner. Seller claimed that I should have replaced the toner and other items. So I called the authorized Ricoh service in my area and let them repair the machine. They replaced the same item and nothing else. The machine works fine now. The service man stated that the nylon auger with old stock can become brittle. I have a copy of the receipt with notes. The seller did not even offer a partial refund.
