Works great so far but the Installation ...
Works great so far but the Installation software sux, Most new computers no longer have a CD or DVD ROM & my external drive did not run the disk. Try offering the installation software on a cheap thumb drive. I had to download it from the manufacturer website to install the printer but it works well & test printed great.

Cant get the optical connection to work ...
Cant get the optical connection to work with my TV even after watching & following their video instructions. I just connected it to the AUX with the audio cables & it works fine otherwise.

1 of 3 found this helpful Product arrived well packaged & protected. I installed it with win 7 Ultimate & the MB Chip set. This HD is working like a new one with no problems detected so far. This product is a great value for a very good price & I would highly recommend it.
