  This seller gives excellent after sales customer support, one of the ear pods would not work no matter what you tried to do. They send out a replacement very quickly. As for the Pro4 they are very comfortable to wear, sound quality is good and pairing was a snap iOS 14.6 and 15 (beta) pairs with a hitch and even did the sound test perfect. If your looking for Airpod for the kids and don’t want to spend £190 these are a great replacement, and you could buy two or three pairs just in case.
