Intense truffle flavor
Couldn't find an expiration date on the can, so I was a little concerned. But the flavor was intense and wonderful. Not inexpensive, but the price was the best I could find, and I would buy it again.

The premier English resource for Cambodian cooking?
1 of 1 found this helpful After a trip to Cambodia I was determined to prepare some of that delicious food (IMO, as flavorful as Thai, but not always so spicy) at home. But cooking resources in English (and probably other languages as well) are few and far between. A number of web references to this book came up, so I sought it out. eBay turned out to be the best source for me.
The book has plenty of recipes, discusses in fair detail the ingredients and possible substitutes, and also describes some of the methods. Longtiene's narrative about her life, Cambodia, and how she came to be such an accomplished chef is also a very interesting read in its own right. If you have an interest in Cambodian food, I highly recommend this book.

Works fine in older notebooks.
Bought as a replacement for a dead drive in a Dell Inspiron 5160. Swapped them out, resinstalled OS etc. from scratch (wanted to do that anyway) ... up in running soon after that. No problems. There are faster drives, but it is a slow computer these days anyway.
