I was expecting it to work better.
1 of 6 found this helpful I got tons of breakage at the nape of my neck even using this. I think this doesn't work as well as it is touted to work, but I didn't use the No. 1 product. Maybe that is my fault. Next time I will use just the No 1 and see if that is more concentrated product for protecting my hair. Note: went up 5 levels in two sessions, used olaplex 30 minutes deep the day before going up first time and after rinse each time. Did second process with tone to get rid of brassy notes, all the while mixing in this No 2 with processing. I thought the price was a little steep too.

The one I received has a defective on/off switch.
Turn it off and it comes back on a minute or so later. Could be a real hazard. I really like how quiet it is, the size and all of the features. There are two draw backs, the defective switch and when you refill the tank. When you refill the tank you have to take the whole top off and it can drop quite a bit (avg. 1-2 T.) of water on your floor. I use distilled water and so that will probably help keep it working fine, but that switch has me worried at times. Can't leave it running if you leave the room.

Watermarble friendly
3 of 3 found this helpful I purchased these to try them out for ease of watermarbling techniques. Some polishes are water friendly, and these fit the bill. They give plenty of time for waterworks and hold shape better than expected. Product is a good buy for those wanting sheer tints on occasion and who also like a sheer tint watermarble.
