Great quality if found at a great price!
1 of 1 found this helpful I would not pay a whole lot for the product but if you get it at a good price than it does the job well enough!
The Optical Output is ONLY 2.0 Stereo and does not have 5.1 Surround support. If it did than I would give it a much better review. I was hoping for that and DTS support so I could get my DTS working again since I switched PCs for my media area. I guess I will just have to settle with the 6-Channel Analog output for now. That is still better than Stereo output and Dolby Prologic. Thanks to software support for DTS I am still able to get 5.1 support via the 6-Channel analog output with movies on this!
If you were looking for the same as me and can't find anything in this price range for DTS at least you can know that you can get 5.1 through the analog for movies as something to tie you over for now. It won't help with Dolby EAX for video games and things like that though.
