Great for IOS
I had 'heard' that IOS based OBD2 scan tools were fiddly to use and often wouldn't work but needed to get this to use with my newish iPhone.
Previously had an Android only unit from another manufacturer.
This Autohil unit links to my iPhone very quickly, using Car Scanner App.
It recognised both our cars .... Mazda2 (2004) and Toyota Prado (2006) without fuss and confirmed a previous Android (not resolved) fault code on the Mazda.
I can confidently recommend this Autohil unit as being fully compatible with IOS.

Great Cordless Tool booster
Bought this to boost a 12V lithium Battery to run my Ryobi Cordless Tools on a larger capacity
(24AH) ..(and Cheaper!).. lithium Battery.
Fitted onto an old Ryobi battery case and a bit of wiring and it does the job perfectly.
When using the Whipper snipper I now get nearly 2 hrs of continuous running instead of 15-20
mins on a 5AH Ryobi battery.

Good enough that I bought another one - as a spare!
This was bought to replace an existing 'name brand' controller, so comments are in comparison -
Pro's: operates as good as the previous controller … but at 1/3 the price
Quality appears to be every bit as good as 'name brand' controller.
Fitted all existing pipes / /outlets so swap was straight forward.
Good enough that after 1 week of testing I bought another one as spare for my
2nd controller.
Con's: only comes with short leads without plug / socket. Needs to be wired to plug/socket as
required. I am okay with this but novice might need to pay electrician to do it properly.
Slight dimensional (height) difference to my existing controller - if your fittings are rigid
you may need to modify piping.
