Prompt Shipment and really cute
Product received as described, exactly what I needed. Good quality for it's price.

Did not receive a “new” product
0 of 1 found this helpful The item came in a giant box full of parts, but it wasn't too hard to put it together as long as you follow the instructions. There were certain parts that looked like it was damaged such as of the prongs on the wheels (that suppose to retract when you lock it onto the axis bar) was bent so we couldn't insert the wheel and lock it in place until I straightened it with a clamp. And then the bottom of the car base had obviously black scratch marks as if the car itself had been dragged on the pavement floor. The "windshield" have obvious scratch marks. Overall, it looked like a refurbished item. Because this was a birthday present for my toddler and I didn't want to wait to gift her the present AFTER the birthday, I just had to suck it up and look pass these damages. The functionality of the car is great, it drives, the built in sounds all seem to work. The remote also seem to work so no complaints with the mechanics of it. Can't say it was a perfect purchase but it was okay for what it is, can't say I am satisfied given I spend over $300 for this.
I'd recommend ordering 1-2 months in advance to allow back and forth exchange as you'll most likely get a less than new product.

Bluray Works Perfectly Fine BUT....
9 of 10 found this helpful The item arrived with the hardcase wrapped just as described. The blu-ray works perfectly fine and it was wonderful to rewatch my childhood movie with my daughter. However, upon further inspection, I have a suspicion this item is not from the original Disney manufacture. 1) The cardboard cover is printed in average quality, the image is not sharp and looks a bit blurry and pixelated 2) There's no prints/flyers inside the package. All my in-store disney movie purchase ALWAYS come with some type of printed paper flyers/ads, especially when the cover states 'digital code provided inside' and there's nothing inside. If you simply just want to watch the movie then this is a really good value; however, if you're into owning an authentic movie collection, this is somewhat of a risk.
