  The cards arrived exactly as described at pictured, however, the ship out was one full week, and they shipped it after I inquired. I have no idea how long it would have been had I not inquired. So don't expect fast shipping.

  I purchased these flashcards ( First Words ) for my special needs granddaughter , real nice cards, a little expensive! I liked them so well that I placed another order for two more packs of (First Words) One set for my daughter and the other for my x. When I Received my second order they sent (First Letters and First Numbers), cheaper cards!!!!! They did not offer to send me what I ordered. Did not say they were sorry, Just send them back! These people don't know anything about customer Service!
