Great radio. It sounds amazing and has many modern options and few minuses.
I wanted to give this 5 stars. It's a great radio.
I love that I can insert a jump drive and use it to play my tunes. It also works with iPhones/iPods. I really appreciate the aux port.
There is much to like from the remote to the EQ.
However that are a couple of 'gotcha's.'
Android phones don't work with the USB port. You can still use the AUX port but that means the control stays in the phone.
The faceplate eject button is too easy to hit.
The clock doesn't always display, you have to hunt for it.
If I am really honest, the lack of Android control is disappointing. Everything else is just quirks of the device I can get over. I understand some Kenwoods do work with Android.

Does what it Does [GPS] great!
9 of 11 found this helpful If you want fast response and a GREAT GPS, look no further. It does that great!
If you want fancy features, look elsewhere. But it does have some nice bells and whistles, all GPS related. [Magellan makes one that has a camera, an MP3 player, a voice reocrder, and even a flashlight. But the magellan is slow and it's antenna is weak. Plus, mine kept locking up.]
Pros:
strong antenna
WAAS
Keep location feature.
color screen
readable in sunlight
geocache icons and many more
can load maps
MicroSD card [64mb included]
fast UI
Compass and Alt.
long batt life
USB AND serial
Garmin support! [they let me use my old maps on this [2004] which are good enough for geocaching.]
Cons:
no touch
no flashlight
no camera
no Vocoder
no mp3 player
no spoken routing. [it beeps]
poor basemap
I can't compare it to any delorme product, but it compares very favorably to 2 magellans I have used. 400 map and triton 2000. I like it better than the vista I had, the rino 110, the GPS V and the emap. however, the eMap did have a really good basemap as I recall. All the Garmins are good GPSRs, this one is better than anything I've used for geocaching.

I'm going to buy more of these.
Why dont all these have 2 2.1A ports. This one does which is why it's such a good value.
Not much more to say. I needed to have 2 high power ports and this one has it.
Waterproof design means I can use it outdoors.
