Classic Quality Of Sterling Silver
This sterling silver piece is of the same exceptional quality typical of many of the vintage designs. The metal is extremely thick & heavy so the piece won't bend from use without extreme pressure. The classic design details are beautiful & ornate while the sterling silver compliments like no other metal can.

When to replace your testing acid?
1 of 1 found this helpful We often hear white noise about the shelf life of precious metals testing acid. Many are leery of purchasing older acid & it's hard to know when it's bad or if it's bad. Well I discovered how to tell. It was really no big deal. I had an old bottle of silver testing acid that was no longer confirming silver that I knew was genuine 925. So if you aren't sure whether your acid is up to snuff, just test a genuine piece of silver along side a piece of unknown genuineness & you'll have your answer. So after purchasing a new bottle of acid on eBay I was delighted to find that all of the silver items I recently picked up at yard sales was actually genuine 925 sterling.

Not the best quality...
I had two of these in a row that gave up the ghost. The first one popped when I plugged it in after being carefully used for 5 months. The second charger never worked in the first place. It was a replacement of the first charger that quit. Now I have the larger green one with all the cooling fins. We'll see how long this one lasts.
