New CMOS Battery Lenovo ThinkPad T400 T400s T410 T410s T420 T420s T430 T430s

These batteries are important.

My Thinkpad T430s started bugging out - it wouldn't turn on without taking out the battery and both RAM sticks, and then putting all back it. Every few boots it would get stuck like that and it would just light the power button for a moment when that happens, with absolutely nothing else happening. Turned out all it needed was a new CMOS battery. Note - I did know the CMOS battery was dead even before that, as it asked for date and time setup at each boot.
