Cannot be used unless a resistor is used to prevent hyperflashing
0 of 2 found this helpful After spending $25.00 and 2 hours to install these bulbs, there was no warning or instructions that a $30.00 pair of resistors were required to prevent a signal bulb failure warning on my late model Tahoe's information monitor. Because LED lights don't heat up as high as a cooler running LED lights, the system doesn't recognize it and creates hyper flashing of the bulb. It would be nice if some warnings before installation had been advised on the package before installing these, now I have two worthless bulbs I've thrown in the drawer.
