  Poorly packaged even though seller charged $25 for shipping. Due to poor packaging, item arrived with broken glasses and damaged picture. I would NOT buy from this seller.

  I had no idea your item was damaged. I would have given you a full refund. The package was inspected and marked fragile, but the carriers are not paying attention to the markings these days. I will be happy to refund your money, and you can return the item. I have never had any complaints about my services in the past. I am very sorry this happened to you, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
