Was sold an iPod with unstable battery.

The iiPod ehbitited strange battery behavior. I opened it up to find the battery was in the beginning stages of swelling. If I hadn't discovered this, it likely wouldnt have been long till it caught fire. I have now ordered a new battery and headphone jack (the connector broke off the jack in the course of opening the iPod). Rather disappointed about the battery, considering the product was sold as "fully functional".
