  I am sorry that you experienced an issue with your order. I take great pride in customer satisfaction and apologize that your order didn’t reach that goal. I packaged multiple of these items in an identical fashion, using multiple layers of bubble wrap in a box wrapped in a poly mailer to protect from damage and the weather. I was disheartened to hear that your package experienced issues when the others arrived safely.
