  Overall we received the item promptly and safely which is great, however, we originally sent a few offers before the purchase which went completely unanswered and ignored which was odd, we even sent a kind message inquiring with the offer, but that was never responded to which is disappointing. We thought, why enable the 'offer' feature if you don't bother to respond to multiple offers at all. So in the end, we just bought it at full asking price and it's fine really. Don't think we will return
