If you love Huxley, but need to pull it all together, this is it.
A thorough progression of analysis from inchoate Huxley to mature Huxley, showing the threads that repeat in subsequent books. Author includes background giving historical context and naming people who influenced Huxley as he stands out in the literary category "novel of ideas". A MUST read for students of Huxley.

This is not light reading; its a text book.
This 3rd edition is so close to the fourth edition that the 3rd is worth getting because it is highly discounted in price.
