Slow as Granny!
I put this unit in our Master Bath approximately 65 feet from water heater, it takes forever to bring the hot water to the fixture! A minute and a half to two minutes before it shuts down! There are much better units out there that take 30-45 seconds to do this! Admittedly I purchased this unit at half price so it's my issue. It is quiet, We had a Chilipepper in our other home and it pulled the water to the fixture in that 40 second time frame, BUT it would wake up the dead it was so loud! I did put this unit on a on/off switch so it wouldn't run all the time. BECAUSE we never know exactly when we'll take showers! I set the timer to on 24 hours a day and use the switch before showering!The three stars is because it takes so long to circulate the hot to the fixture! If you don't care if it runs anytime and leave it on, you can have that hot water immediately, remember that it forces the hot water line to push the water into the cold side because there is no separate recirc line to the water heater!

It Works!
So far so good! Went through a $30 box of deck screws no problem!
