    Although the seller apparently provided adequate packaging, this unit arrived with unexpected mechanical problems even with extra shipping costs, this seller was understanding and offered a to accept a return or a refund toward unexpected repairs. Although I would have liked a better outcome and the unit to have survived shipping exactly as described, this seller was easy to work with for a fair value.

    Very amiable, kind seller! Doll arrived intact. Doll was very well packed in box with tissue paper, bubble wrap & styrofoam nuggets. As always, eBay charges way too much for shipping!! Of course, this has nothing to do with the seller. It's my constant complaint against eBay!
