Works well but not completely comfortable.
Pros: It seems quite rugged. It does a reasonable job of enabling me to hear clearly in a noisy environment and seems to be doing an outstanding job of helping others hear me in that same environment.
Con: It's not as comfortable as you might wish if you must wear it all day.

Works perfectly. It's closer to the steering wheel than the old one. Other than that, it works just like the original was supposed to.

Worked great
Had everything I needed and worked perfectly with no problems.
