Let's me eat ice cream again!
Lets me eat anything I want without having to think about lactose.
I take 1-3 tablets a few minutes before I'm about to eat something containing milk, then maybe another tablet after the meal if it contains pure lactose, or lot's of milk powder.
For a standard ice cream in a cone, one tablet is usually enough.
The tablets come in a decent container that doses out single tablets, though it does crush them from time to time. You can pull off the top with some gentle force to see how many are left, or if you get the refills instead. Nice to keep in your pocket.
If you are lactose intolerant, give them a go. Especially if you could eat/drink milk before, but became intolerant as an adult.
