Better than the originals
Bought a box file that contained 10 suspension files. This was not enough for my purpose,so , sent for a pack of those in question. Against the supplied ones the additional ones are better made, the only weak link was that the supplied cards for the flags didn't fit very well. These were perforated so, when separated, should have slipped into the flags. I made my own (hardly a major task) and they are now better than the original supplied.

Tidier than the conventional round ones.
1 of 1 found this helpful Had a couple of these before. depending on how you treat it, realistically it probably only has a life of about 5 years. This is not so much of a criticism of how it is made, but filling it with materials that often have a degree of soil attached, means the contents can get very heavy and test the joints etc. 5 years is good in my books. Looks neat when assembled and the latest one I bought has changed slightly to include clips that hold the lid down (older ones used to lift in the wind). I use 2 that, due it's square profile, means they fit neatly together (1 active & 1 maturing). Don't find the front trap door that useful, prefer to work from top. Self assembly.

Cheese-making from scratch
I knew nothing about cheese-making until I bought this book. Now, after only a short period and having made a few cheeses, I feel I'm getting on top of it! Good fun and the book explains it well, giving not only recipes but, also a little history and the chemistry behind how cheeses at made. So good I have now bought another copy for a friend in Malta. Don't worry, as I did, about whether you can get the necessary materials, as the Net will offer a number of suppliers. Good buy!
