Great sound and voice controls. Bought two units. My first one broke at the ear-piece the first time I took it off. Contacted manufacturer who said no warranty from them because it was bulk packaging. (You also don't get extra ear covers or a car battery charger like the retail package contains.) I knew in advance that many buyers had this problem, but didn't think it would happen to me on the first usage. Fortunately I emailed eBay vendor within the 5 day window and they sent me a bare bones replacement after instruction me to send the bare bones unit in to them. but I guess I am on my own for warranty now, which is why I only give it a "good" rating. Would be better if made from metal instead of cheap plastic. Also no instructions telling you how to put the non-symmetric ear-piece in your ear.
