To be honest

To be honest, It does appear to be solid oak and that I like. However both of them look like cherry red color. Not Walnut at all. I have mostly walnut colored furniture. And it doesn't go well with it. I'm going to have to sand it down and it's already thin as it is Other than that the packing was great. The shipping time was great. It seems to be well-made
