Absolutely useable but not recommended
The knife is probably some aluminium alloy and so it gets blunt pretty quickly.

Authentic Nexus 7 part
1 of 1 found this helpful Recently the charging of my Nexus 7 tablet started to become a real pain - not only because the battery is old and also needs to be replaced but because the charging port was broken. As I learned, this is a quite common error in regards to this device. As it is a quite old one (first generation from 2012), I did not want to spend too much money on the repair, so after watching a how-to video on the repair, I took courage and ordered this spare part (not that it was a huge investment :D) and fixed the charging port in less than 10 minutes. It works like a charm again and now I am awaiting the delivery of the new battery to revive the device. :)
