Great value
Yeah, I love these tankless hot water heaters.
The only issue I've ever had is when a FedEx tries to deliver to my neighbor by accident

Great value
Love it, though the output pipe (hot) is not properly secured, was able to pop it loose from the housing and held the outlet with vise grips (however the tubing did twist before I realize it was not remaining stationary). Also the threads are not tapered on the outlet fitting, requiring higher torquing.
And the water flow adjustment knob seems to be glued on the shaft, or has been forced on the valves shaft, so I was unable to inspect the interior before installation.
But works fantastic here in the Phoenix AZ area

Works great, my only issue was the thermocouple wire had come, probably FedEx's rough handling dislodged it.
EXCELLENT unit, really mskes HOT watet, l love it
