Poor manufacturing
1 of 1 found this helpful Once install worked less than a minute. Removing cover discovered the assembly was poorly done wires were not secure and actually come apart. Once rescued, discovered their main lifing and lower switch was poor quality and I had to spend another $18 plus dollars finding a new and better made one. From the outside it's a shape, deceptive looking piece of equipment. Just poorly assembled and cheap internal parts used to build it. Unless you know wiring and have access to replacement parts I would not recommend buying.
