Not your momma's diet food!

If you're ready to jump right in, this is all you need. I can not believe how great the recipes are. I've been cooking Cajun food my whole life and I'm a good cook; these new recipes and ingredients are opening up a whole new world of flavor for me. I'm having so much fun cooking, I haven't been hungry for a second, and I'm really not missing anything. I can't wait to get to the next recipe! I'm sure I could easily spend the rest of my life eating like this... And my husband agrees!
