Two radios are better than one.
This M33RDS radio is a 20-year old design which performs well. It’s a small radio, using only 2 batteries, but produces a very clear sound, which I find easier to listen to than some larger radios. I bought one on eBay last year and I like it so much that I’ve just bought another one which I have set up with the same 10 presets. Most other similar radios have the tuning knob sticking out at the end, but not thus one, as it’s an integral part of the design. The RDS feature enables station names and traffic information.

Tablet crusher!
Very disappointed. Only works with small round tablets. Normal capsules are bent and broken and contents spill out. Larger tablets are broken into pieces and crushed into powder. Takes more effort than using thumb nail so is no help for people with arthritis or sore hand.

Charging convenience.
Much easier to use than the original chargers which had to be plugged into an adapter and then plugged into the wall socket using heavy cables. This one plugs straight into the usb socket in your laptop or into your wall-mounted iPhone charger. Adaptors available for different batteries.
