Works great in my mom's laptop, was a big step up from a 320 HDD when hers failed.
I'm more confident in the SSHD's now than I was before. They have been out for a while now, it's clear that they are not just HDD's, or SSD's. The way my mother uses her computer, I believe the SSD portion screams through all of the repetitive daily stuff, while I update her computer I monitor it's performance, 'tax it a little, and it has consistantly been better than the 5 year older HDD it replaced. I'm hoping for a long life for this Item. I would buy another similar.

Not Bad, I have an older MSI Board (AM2) and this is a great step up from a 6000+
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been satisfied with the processor, I also have hundreds of computers and most of them are faster but all in all a good Chip. I had considered the Phenom x3 chip at the time, I think it may be a better CPU. I also could not find one while looking. Hardest Part was upgrading an old MSI board to the newest BIOS. I would buy one again, and now the prices are getting lower so maybe a bulk buy depending on my needs. I still give it 5 stars, it can't help that it is a little older. Good CPU
