1 of 1 found this helpful This is an audio book filled with Excellent "health" information.. Tons of great "YOU - TIPS".. The authors take turns with the chapters and are very enjoyable to listen to. They give a lot of great health tips in laymens terms.
Anyone curious about staying young & healthy, this audio book is for you.

Australian Cattle Dogs, By Beauchamp
This book is informative, it has wonderful pictures of both Blue and Red Heelers "Australian Cattle Dog". Being an owner of one of each I appreciate the picture likeness to my dogs, and the information written is right on with their behavior and mannerism.. They are a very unique, loyal, smart and lovable dogs to "any" age owner. I appreciate this book a lot!
