pen as a pen, what to review here?

it writes, it has one cartrige of blue ink in it. lines come out little hairy, but maybe that's a paper, but other ink pens don't do that. maybe if i use different ink it will be normal. Still using my chinise noname pen which costed me like $2, expected more from parker.
