SD Card with Virus Included

Long time in arriving and they were corrupted with a variant of the RANSOM VIRUS! Cards automatically generated folders with .uuu wiped out the files I had stored on the card. Fortunately I did not transfer those files back to my PC from the card or use the card in phone or any other hard drive that could have been corrupted. The virus files were not detected by AVG, Malware bytes or Super-Anti Spyware. You could not delete the .uuu folders they were administrator protected. Reformatting the disc got rid of the .uuu files but they just returned again. My money was refunded by the supplier after many back and forth emails. What does kill the virus is sticking the Mini SD card between 2 powerful magnets but it also kills the card (PC doesn't detect it anymore). After all of this I downloaded Bit Defender Anti-Ransom ware hoping it will protect my PC. Sorry, long winded, but be aware and avoid!!!
