The carbon fiber Cargo Composite Acoustic is a guitar worth considering.
The Cargo is a somewhat entry level carbon fiber guitar, but it's no toy. It is a responsive instrument. I would like to lower the saddle a bit, but I haven't jumped right on it. I guess it's because it only needs a slight tweaking. Biggest criticism that I can muster is the bass response on the pickup is pretty strong. I find myself rolling off the bass on my system, as there is no tone control, only a volume trim pot in the sound hole. The first time I used it in church, I received a couple of compliments on the sound from others in the music program. Fit & finish is basically pretty good, but there are some areas where construction methods show up in the finish on my guitar. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I like the idea that the top and neck should not warp and the action should be consistently the same in years to come. The neck/body joint makes the upper register so-o-o accessible. There really is something to this carbon fiber craze.

Only one complaint...
I had wanted an Artcore for sometime and finally took the plunge. This was a late 90's to 2000's, not really sure. The guitar was fine except for one thing; the neck was a little more narrow than some others I had actually played and too much so for me. So, I resold the guitar about two days after I received it. These are good guitars, more versatile than some give them credit for, and if you get tire of it, it's easy to resell.

Convenient Fix for The Dreaded Shredded Gear Syndrome
It's no fun when the garage door opener quits. We all take it for granted. This is the way to go if your nylon gear gets shredded.
