  Nach 10 Tagen Ware immer noch nicht versendet obwohl eine Sendungsnummer angegeben wurde, mehrfach angefragt ohne Reaktion seitens des VK, Geld dann einfach rückerstattet mit der Begründung Ware nicht vorrätig, das merkt man nach 10 Tagen und mehrfachen Anschreibens?

  Customer service is key and I want all to be 100% satisfied. this was a $3 item that was unfortunately lost prior to shipment (tracking was provided because a package was bought and paid for by me (seller) - once it was determined the item was lost, the customer was refunded in full.
