  All I received is a package with papers in it no mod so I paid $20 for an envelope and instructions on how to put a mod in but no mod and after contacting the seller there's nothing he can do

  Buyer stated that his item was stolen. I told him there was nothing I could do on my end but if he thought it was a USPS issue I could file a claim. He indicated that he wanted me to file a claim. As I'm coming home from the Post Office to let him know what was going on, I noticed that he had left negative feedback.
