Bought 3 months ago as a 'deal', don't know yet if it works.

I bought this 3 months ago, and haven't been able to get the enclosed software to work. I switched to Windows 10 earlier this year, but Samsung didn't update their software for Win 10, and didn't bother to mention that fact anywhere. I contacted Samsung Support, and they basically said "Don't use our software on Windows 10! But we'll have it revised in 'a few weeks'". Still no feedback on when it is available, so $300 sits in a box, waiting...
