Received the NAS in good condition. It was well packaged for shipping by the Seller. I opened the case and noticed some black smoke residue and cleaned it out. However, after I replaced the HDD with a 4TB drive of my own, plugged in power and attached it to my wireless router, it started right up and is operating well and normally as expected.
