If you can’t cut and weld you are wasting your time even looking at it.

I was unable to assemble this unit as the bolt holes were misaligned. I had to cut it apart and reweld it when properly aligned. It cannot be mounted on any floor jack I have seen in this country. I had to cut the mounting post off and turn my own replacement part and weld it in place. Most people would have junked it.
