Implementing Quality with a customer focus
I purchased this book because I was working with a company mentioned in the book. Found the book to be an excellent guide for continuous improvement. It's a sleeper that I had not heard about. I research continuous improvement and have a pretty good library on Lean and Six Sigma and blog and write articles on continuous improvement and this was just a hidden gem.

DryGuy boot and shoe dryer
1 of 1 found this helpful The product does work, but is very slow. It takes overnight to dry a pair of sneakers, maybe a little longer. Needs more drying power if you want to use your shoes again the same day. I have not tried it on gloves yet, but suspect the same slow drying speed.
