Great value!!
Awesome volume packed into a small drive with a single USB cord. WD's software is great for ensuring regular backup of selected files. This is a great product for loved ones who are not very effective at backing up files by themselves.
This provides me with peace of mind knowing I can help back up files that are not saved by me. Also, very appropriate price. I use this ratio, 10 GB should only cost US$1. This device scores a great 11.5 on my scale from 1 - 10 of cost effectiveness of 10 being suitable 1 being outrageous.

Every one should own this model of ASUS!!!
I bought the ASUS U56E-BBL6 for my wife to use during her Masters. I wanted a computer that would take some software/improper filing abuse. She will be attending a couple online courses as well as in person. I wanted to ensure she had no technical difficulties with her online courses. I'm very confident in the performance of this machine as it can handle a number of programs using a great amount of CPU. In addition, I wanted something that will handle being tossed into a bag and being toted to remote assignments. With the Aluminum chassis I fear not the holding of one handed computing, to boast the battery life is tested at 7hrs. I bought this computer used and there was considerable use noticeable by the track pad. This being said, I'm very impressed with the battery life and am comforted that my wife will have the power she needs to get her work completed.
