Case is broken

I pull the CD out of the bubble mailer and the case is broken! It doesn't even hold the CD anymore! It's terrible. I got this as a gift.

Cable doesn’t work

Plugged the microphone through an XLR to make sure it worked and it did. Turns out the cable is a dud. Other than that everything feels good and looks good. Definitely will be worth your buy.
