Best ear plugs for swimming
i've tried more expensive plugs but these seem to work best for me. they seal well and are not heavy, i once accidentally left them in long after my swim.

better then Bose
Replace my Bose Cinamate with this setup and it works much better. Has base control which the Bose doesn’t! I just hid the volume control and plugged it into the headphone jack on my TV. It does have its limits at higher volumes, the base gets distorted and the amp gets hot but we’re talking neighbor calling the cops loud.
