Works for me.
Wide range of coverage, I had a few pullers, but needed another... so I got a set. They work, just be sure to pre lube the threads, and apply straight/even pressure to jackscrews. I managed to bend one - being in a rush! I was able to straighten it and was able to use it again with no issues.

Saved me from splitting motorcycle case!!!
I know you are not supposed to use a master link on a timing chain, but I don't have a chain breaker/crimper tool. BUT I do have a welder! I tack welded and polished the clip end. Should be better than clip or crimp!
