  Sadly this seller listed the Dyson vacuum as open box but when I received the vacuum it was used and broken . After contacting the seller and including photos the seller told me they sent me the wrong unit and had my Dyson vacuum in their inventory . They also told me to return the vacuum for a refund and then I could re-order my vacuum that was on hold for me . After many attempts to ask the seller what happen to my vacuum they only said they couldn't find my vacuum . Very unprofessional !
