Way better than the movie!
1 of 1 found this helpful Plus it introduces the Pendergast character- who features prominently in their later novels. This book also has a sequel- Reliquary- which was also really good. Science/monster themed. Very intelligently written. Chewed through both books in a week.

Crooked easel, rotten flocking
Fell apart before i used it. Very flimsy. Should have been a dollar store item instead priced like wholesale jewelry display. Crapulous. Avoid this product.
