Glass pie plate not necessary to make these tasty recipes!

For those who prefer not to use Pyrex - these recipes call for a glass pie plate. I used a square Corningware dish and it baked evenly. We very much enjoyed the first recipe I tried - the Cheeseburger Pie. There are several others I will try next. For me, 1 good recipe in a cookbook is worth the price of the book, so I'm very pleased. I really like that these recipes are easily customized too.
