5 of 5 found this helpful It took a little stretching and working to get this to feel comfortable. My previous largest toy was 2 inches in diameter, and this is slightly bigger - 2.25 inches. After I get the 2 inch one in comfortably, I switch to this and it is firm but soft, and goes in easily. Good pressure on the prostate. The only negative is its short base after the widest part, so it does not stay in well unless you keep pressure on the base.
